Sweepstakes Rules / Ed Hardy 2 pair shoes giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Open to residents of United States and Canada, excluding Quebec and Puerto Rico; AND who, as of April 30, 2009, are 16 years of age or older. Contest begins on March 1st, 2009 and ends on April 30, 2009. Eligible E-mail entries must be received before 11:59 AM PST on April 30, 2009 . Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2009 and received by May 15th, 2009. To enter by mail, submit your name, address, age, phone number and email address on a 3x5 index card enclosed in a stamped No. 10 envelope addressed to the KO Entertainment Inc. 2300 W. Sahara Ave. Suite 800, Las Vegas, Nevada 89102. Entering online starting March 1st, 2009 at 11:59 AM PST participants must visit the website located at www.knockoutpoker.net and follow the links and instructions provided for online entry.

Limit one entry per person per envelope or one online entry per day. KO Entertainment Inc are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, illegible entries, or entries containing incorrect information. Not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone, computer systems or services. Entries become the property of KO Entertainment Inc and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sweepstakes winner will be selected from a random drawing held on or about May 30th, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by mail, telephone or email. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizes and approximate retail values:

Computer entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Employees of KO Entertainment Inc, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Only one prize per family, household or address. No substitution, transfer of prize or cash redemptions permitted except as provided herein. All federal/state/local taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. All federal/state/provincial/local laws and regulations apply. Each potential prize winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of notification. Non-compliance/return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner within 72 hours. KO Entertainment Inc and each of their respective officers, directors, affiliates, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, representatives, agents, licensees, sponsors, successors and assigns (i) to make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, (ii) disclaim any implied warranty, and (iii) are not liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize, travel related thereto or from participation in this contest.

By participating, entrants agree that the KO Entertainment Inc entities, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation, and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes, they will indemnify KO Entertainment Inc entities, from any and all such claims, including the attorney's fees related thereto. KO Entertainment Inc entities, shall not be liable for entries and winner notification responses that are delayed, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, marked postage-due, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will not be eligible for this Sweepstakes. No photocopies, facsimilies, or other mechanical reproductions of entries are allowed. The KO Entertainment Inc shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Sweepstakes. The KO Entertainment Inc entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of any prize. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If any selected entrant cannot be notified or is ineligible, an alternate entrant will be selected.

KO Entertainment Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. The KO Entertainment Inc further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Nevada courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in Las Vegas, Nevada.

All materials submitted become the property of KO Entertainment Inc and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering this contest all entrants agree that KO Entertainment Inc has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest and its determination of the winner is final. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the KO Entertainment Inc, which are final.
